Family Night

At our normal weekly dinner with Mamanee and Bubbaee we had a wonderful time because our Auntie and Uncle came all the way from Canda to visit!!! We have the best time with them and Kalie got all kinds of attention. Thank goodness this little girl LOVES kisses!!!

Easter Egg Hunt

Mommy helped plan the community easter egg hunt this year. Kalie decided one egg was enough to find and then proceeded to run Daddy around the park. She does love her easter baskets and continues to play with them and grab them when it is time to go "outside" (which is one of her new favorite words)!

Annie & Kalie

One of the best things about visiting for Grammy's Birthday was that Kalie finally got to play with Annie. While mommy and Aunt Dena spent time catching up, the girls got to run around and play with EVERYTHING. I think Kalie's favorite activity was when Annie let her play in her "big girl" bed. The girls rolled around and cuddled with all the stuffed animals.
We have to get back to visit more often!!!

Grammy's Birthday!

We flew home to surprise Grammy for her birthday and had so much fun! Kalie played and played with her cousin Stella and practice saying Grammy and Pappy over and over again. Now she is a pro! It was awesome because we got to see and spend time with Aunt Karen also. Mommy messed up booking the flight home so (although she had to endure a day of teasing from Pappy and Kam) we got to spend an extra day and visit the Aquarium!

Snowsuit

We got a bit of snow last night and I got carried away getting Kalie dressed to go to the car. Here she is in her snow pants, jacket and boots. You would think she is going skiing...but how cute????

Elmo

Kalie adores Elmo. Her Grammy and Pappy got her these new PJ's for Christmas and then her daddy bought her an Elmo chair that shakes and giggles when you sit in it. She is all Elmo'ed out. Including her favorite DVD to watch in the car "Zoe and Elmo's Dance Moves" (also a gift from Grammy!!!)

Aunt Anna & Uncle Jess

Aunt Anna and Uncle Jess came to visit at Christmas. Kalie will have a new cousin soon!! Anna looks like she may be able to handle things just fine. But we are thinking we may need to visit Uncle Jess again for more practice before the little boy arrives :) !!!!

Hair Cut

Kalie doesn't like to get her hair cut...and I am not sure what to do with it so that is why her bangs are so long. Her Grandma cut it them for us the other day but I think we may grow it out. She will occassionally wear it up but for some reason she likes to pull the bows and ties out!!

Kalie's boyfriend

This is Kalie's boyfriend Alex. They love to play and play and then they love to nap.

Playing in the Cabinets

With all the toys that I have, nothing is better than playing in the kitchen. Here is Kalie's favorite spot to hide. After, of course, she gets out all the pots and pans and we play "Marching Band" and bang them with spoons while marching around the kitchen!

Aunt Terra

Kalie loves her Aunt Terra so much and is super happy everytime she comes over because Aunt Terra lets her do things mommy doesn't.....but isn't that what every good Aunt does???
These photos were from a special night with Aunt Terra. Kalie said Terra for the first time! She has a hard time with T's so it was more of "errra" but we knew exactly what she meant, especially when she wanted to cuddle up with her.

Yogart

Kalie must not have liked the taste of this yogart. I had to share this one because it is just so stinking cute!

The Wedding

Well, mommy has been slacking in getting the pictures up. So we have a month to fill you in on!
We got to go to our good friend's Wedding in Raleigh last month. The wedding itself was exciting but the best part was that we got to see friends Kalie has not met before and Grannie, Pappy, Kate, David and Cousin Stella.
Kalie had the best time playing with Stella and Stella did a Fantastic Job watching out for her Baby Cousin. Here they are getting ready to dance!

Harvest Festival

Today was a busy day for Kalie and I. First, we went to Cartoon Cuts and she got her first real haircut! She didn't like it too much and had to sit on my lap but now she doesn't have her bangs hanging in her eyes (but still has all the pretty curls in the back!).
Then, after lunch, we went to the Harvest Festival at the UM Church down the street we got her picture taken with the "Great Pumpkin", jumped in the moon bounce, went down the giant slide, heard a story and played some games. It was a great time and the perfect thing to do on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.
Now the princess sleeps and before her mommy tries to nod off....I thought I would share some pictures from our day.
